🥔 Kinare CBK Farming Report (November-December 2024)
This comprehensive farming report covers agricultural activities in Kinare during the late 2024 season.

- Successful potato production across three major farms: Roi Farm, Old Forest Land, and Project Land
- Implementation of integrated weed management, spraying schedules, and top-dressing practices
- Monitoring and guidance of BMZ-supported farmers leading to healthier potato yields
- Thrive Farming’s achievements in vegetable cultivation and marketing
🥬 Greenhouse Reports – Ilbisil (November–December 2024)
This report highlights crop production activities and pest management strategies across three greenhouse units in Ilbisil.
Key achievements:
- Successful cultivation of spinach (Greenhouse 1 & 2) and kales (Greenhouse 3), now market-ready at four weeks.
- Effective organic control of aphid infestations and rust using pepper-garlic-vinegar solutions.
- Initiation and near completion of three compost heaps to boost soil fertility.
- Preparation of aged manure fertilizer to support sustainable top-dressing and crop growth.
🥔 Agricultural Development – Karangatha (November–December 2024)
This report details advancements in potato farming and organic gardening efforts in Karangatha.
Key achievements:
- Strong crop management practices for seed potato farming, with crops reaching the flowering stage.
- Regular spraying schedule implemented to combat pests and diseases using specialized fungicides and foliar sprays.
- Training of 28 farmers in organic farming, with successful establishment of life gardens (spinach and kale).
- Demonstration farming of potatoes, onions, carrots, and dhania on project farms, supporting food security and self-reliance.
