    Our Services

At Village Economic Empowerment (VEE), we offer a wide range of community-driven services designed to empower, uplift, and restore dignity to marginalized and vulnerable communities in Kenya. Our services are built around five core thematic areas and are guided by our SPEC Framework: Spiritual, Personal, Economic, and Community Empowerment.

    Education

Advocating for early childhood education and addressing illiteracy in marginalized communities. Built a preschool in Osiligi, Kajiado County, to increase access to and enrollment in early childhood education. Partnered with over 10 schools in the county to support them with learning materials, including funding library resources and covering school fees for children from low-income families.

    Food Security

Supporting over 500 farmers in growing organic food and promoting sustainable food production solutions by offering modern farming techniques. We have agronomists who live in communities to help farmers utilize modern farming methods that go a long way in promoting soil conservation, addressing climate change effects, and also increasing yields, food safety, and hygiene while advocating for organic and herb farming.

    Public hygiene, sanitation, and nutrition

Training communities on public health and hygiene practices, organized on WASH initiatives in marginalized communities, introducing latrines and reclaiming water where water is di[icult to find to promote hygiene, along with guidance on how to prepare and preserve food.
