Monica is a dedicated community leader and VEE board member. She works directly with farmer groups, women cooperatives, and savings groups across all VEE project sites.
Role with Groups:
She helps form, mentor, and train groups in sustainable agriculture, marketing, and cooperative management (table banking). Her focus is empowering women and local farmers to take ownership of development.Board Leadership:
